How many people can I invite?

The Birthday Party Package price includes 1 to 20 guests. This number includes adults and children combined. The birthday child and their family need to be included in this number as well.

What is the maximum number of guests that can attend?

We allow 20 guests, but you can add additional guests for $10 each. You can add up to 15 additional people for a total of 35 guests.

What does it cost to have a birthday party?

The Birthday Party Package starts at $295 plus tax.

Are there any discounts available?

Members of The Kroc Center receive a 10% discount.

What does the package include?

The Birthday Party Package includes basic decorations, paper supplies, and your choice of food and beverage. The party includes 1.5 hours of activity time followed by 1 hour of celebration time in a private celebration room.

What activities can I choose from?

We offer 4 different party packages. You can choose from:

• Splash Bash Pool Party (Aquatics Center)

Rock the Kroc Climbing Party (Gymnasium (Ages 6+))

Bubble Soccer (Gymnasium (10+ years))

Jungle Gym (Indoor play area)

Combination parties include two hours of activity time.

What food and beverages can I choose from?

During your 1 hour of celebration time in the private party room, you and your guests will be served a meal. You can choose between 4 large pizzas, hot dogs and chips, or chicken tenders and chips. You also have a choice between lemonade or fruit punch and we include ice water. These menu selections will be chosen on the birthday party request form.

Can I bring my own food?

No outside food or beverages are permitted with the exception of birthday cake or cupcakes.

Can I decorate?

Decorations must be free-standing. No open flames are allowed, with the exception of birthday candles on cakes in the celebration room.

Tacking any decorations on the walls and ceiling is not permitted.

Helium balloons are not permitted inside the facility.

Please do not decorate with glitter, confetti, silly string, or anything that “sheds.” If these items are used, a $200 clean-up fee will be charged to your event. 

If I arrive late, is the time extended?

Activity time slots are fixed. Late arrival does not result in the activity time being extended. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, sign waivers, and receive wristbands. Guest should be notified prior to arrival as well.

Is there a deposit required?

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the party is booked. The remaining balance and guest count are due seven days before the party.

How far in advance do I need to book?

A party must be booked two weeks in advance to reserve space and guarantee food.
