  • Smart Start: Free orientation required for members ages 13-15 who use fitness equipment. Teens will learn how to properly use all exercise equipment, basic exercise programming, and proper nutrition.
  • Adult Fitness Orientation: Members meet with a fitness staff member for a complimentary orientation. Learn the basics of the fitness room equipment. Free for members.
  • Fitness Evaluation: Includes blood pressure reading, body composition and starting weight assessment, and body measurements. $10 for members, $20 for nonmembers.
  • Personal Training: Personal trainers provide specialized fitness programs to help you reach your specific goals through one-on-one or semi-private training. Pricing varies.

  • Children ages 0-9 MUST be accompanied by a parent or an approved guardian, at least 16 years old, at all times to use gym facilities.
  • Ages 10 – 12 may use the gym as long as a parent or legal guardian is in the building.
  • Ages 13 and up have complete gymnasium access.
  • Gum is prohibited in the gymnasium.

Silver Fit

Put on your dancing shoes! Silver Fit is a dance fitness workout designed especially for older adults.

Silver Sneakers

Calling all Active Adults! This upbeat class will improve your strength and flexibility while working on your coordination and mobility. 

Monday & Wednesday | 11:15 a.m.

Stretch 101

This class is a slow body stretch progression. We start with simple movements and work up to more complex. Learn how to use your breath to help open the body.

Yoga 

Open to all yoga levels of experience! Our focus is moving the body and breath together. This class provides a great foundation by working from simple to complex movements.

STRENGTH & CARDIO

The GRIND

This 30-minute H.I.I.T. class will GRIND out the calories in your workout. We will focus on calisthenics and non-weighted body movements to reach our goals for the day!

BoxFIT 

Do you have what it takes to train like a boxer? Punch your way to fitness with this H.I.T.T. class that focuses on conditioning and boxing techniques! 

Monday and Wednesday | 6:30 p.m.

Tread ‘n Shed

Torch major calories with intervals alternating between the floor and treadmill. Your speed, endurance and agility will be tested!

SPIN

Cycle & Burn

Start with a 30-minute interval ride to improve leg strength, power and endurance. Then, we turn it up a notch for a 30-minute endurance ride that will maximize your calorie burn! Your body will transform in one hour! Muscles improve flexibility and relieve our bodies of the stress caused by everyday activities.

Interactive Cycle

The cycling room is open and available for cycling at your own pace!

Pedal ‘n pump

Cycling done Kroc style! Try a great cardio workout that strengthens your legs and core. We’ll use hand weights and resistance bands for a  higher intensity workout.

Tuesdays | 6 p.m.

Revolutions

A 50-minute cycle class that is full-body and high-energy! With killer arm, core and cardio sequences, you’ll experience an incredible mind and body transformation.

Thursday | 6 p.m.

DANCE

Hip hop step

Are you ready to STEP your game up? This class is a fusion of aerobic step and choreographed moves to today’s jams.

Thursdays | 5:30 p.m.

MixxedFit®

A dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning. Everything about this dance fitness program can be described as explosive – all of the movements are always big, exaggerated and full-out. If you’re plateauing in your traditional dance fitness class, this might be the answer to your prayers.

Wednesday | 6 p.m.

Zumba

A workout that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party! It’s fun for everybody and every body!

Commit® 

This epic dance fitness experience is a HI.T.T., fun-filled dance workout. Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements created to a variety of popular music from all over the world that will inspire everyone to get moving.

BASKETBALL

Shootaround basketball

Members must bring their own basketball. All six hoops will be down for use (max 3 people per hoop). Max number of people in the gym (18). No physical games are allowed where person-to-person contact is made.  Games such as HORSE, Knockout, 3-Point are allowed. (details subject to change)

Saturday | 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

OTHER

Pickleball

18+ Pickleball is a doubles racket sport that blends tennis, badminton, and table tennis. This low-impact sport is sure to be right for you!
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Members must bring their own paddle to play. Max number of people (12)

Volleyball

Thursdays | 5-6:30 p.m.

Rockwall 

Our Indoor rock climbing offers a variety of skill levels for bouldering and climbing for all ages. We provide a basic skills orientation on your first day. All ages welcome! Our auto-belays are compatible to support wide variety of weight. Our staff is trained in a wide range of climbing techniques and can help you at every level of climbing.
