Do you offer guest passes?

No, we do not offer guest passes to the general public. We present them only a few times throughout the year to our members.

Do you offer day passes?

No, we do not offer day passes.

Is the pool closed during the day?

Yes, the pool is closed Monday - Friday from 1 PM - 4 PM. It reopens again at 4 PM and closes at 8 PM.

Is camp open?

Camp Kroc is currently full. We open registration every year in March for members and in April for non-members.

Can I bring guests under my Silver Sneakers plan?

No, you cannot bring any guests under your Silver Sneakers plan. They must be under their own membership plan.

Can I leave my children at your facility and leave?

No, you must remain with your children at all times. If you are working out then you can register your children for Child Watch and Tween Room.

When will RJ's Cafe open?

RJ's Cafe is currently closed due to staffing. We hope to revisit opening the cafe in the future.

How much is it for rental space or to book a birthday party?

Do you provide assistance?

Although we are under The Salvation Army umbrella, we do not provide assistance at The Kroc Center. Contact the Social Services Department at Hampton Roads Area Command at 757-965-9012.
